Science is wonderful!!

Gabriel brought home a couple science experiments to show the kids. I can wait until they are old enough to really participate. I hope we are instilling a love of science in them. =D We certainly get a kick out of it.

Baltimore Childrens Museum

A few months ago we spent the weekend in Baltimore, MD. It was a great time and the kids had a lot of fun. This is from the Childrens Museum. The kids had a great time with the drums and Alex loved climbing as far up as he could go. Aubry watched from the sidelines a little worried about him. I will have more videos and pictures to post at a later date.

Up and Running Again

I'm sorry it's taken so long to get more pictures posted for some reason it wasn't letting me post anything. So there will be some post dated pictures and such.

An Update

Just a little update.

We have FINALLY figured out what has been causing all of Aubry's stomach and bowel issues. We were finally able to get her scratch tested for food allergies (no one would do it until she was 3) and on top of her Gluten Intolerance, she is also allergic to Wheat, Eggs and Dairy. It's been about 2 months on her new diet and she is doing great! We have finally made a break through and it is such a big sigh of relief for all of us. It is not an easy diet to get use to; takes a lot of concentration and label reading but we are getting better at it every day. The hardest is when we travel, which we love to do, but it is getting easier. And it's all worth it, now that Aubry isn't in as much pain or discomfort as before.

Gabriel and I are still taking classes at the Community College here. I have decided to change my major, still Biology, but minoring in Secondary Education. So we will both be teaching and I am really excited about that. I should finish my Associates Degree in Biology Fall of 2010; if I get all my classes in the right order, but no later than Spring 2010. =) After that James Madison University for my B.S. I am really excited.

We are looking forward to seeing as many people as possible this August when we visit Washington. We only have a little over a week, I know, not enough time but all we could get away with. =) Hopefully it will be enough time to get to see everyone.

Hope everyone has a great Spring!
